• For optimum results the surface must be clean and free of all waxes. (If there is wax left on the surface the decal will come off after a short period of time)
• All stickers are designed to be installed on the outside of the vehicle.
• All sticker must be installed in a shaded area and not under direct sun light.
Step 1

Place vinyl car sticker on desired surface and tape to the surface with masking tape across the top, creating a hinge.
Step 3
Flip car sticker up and pull paper backing off, exposing adhesive.
Step 4
Hold car sticker, decal tautly by the corners and flip back down so that adhesive is against surface.
Step 5
With firm pressure ( use driver license or credit card), rub graphic area from center out to edges forcing all air out. Any air bubbles will disappear.
Step 6

STEP 3
Use a slippery solution to spray the adhesive side of the decal.
STEP 4
Use a slippery solution to spray the surface area where the sticker will be installed on. Make sure the surface area is completely sprayed down.
STEP 5
Apply the adhesive side of the car decal to the surface. Now you can adjust and readjust the decal without damaging it.
STEP 6
Go over the top of the car decal with a squeegee. Repeat this a few times until you remove most of the slippery solution between the decal and the surface.
STEP 7
Wait about 2-4 hours depending on the outside temperature. (In cold and humid weather allow up to 48 hours for the decal to dry). If you do not want to wait you can use a blow dryer and go over the decal. Do not point the below dryer at the same spot for more then 4 seconds. After the sticker has dried gently remove clear transfer tape by pulling straight back, leaving the graphic on the surface. If graphic comes off with the masking tape, go over the decal with the squeegee and wait for a few more hours or use a blow dryer.
What is Vinyl?
Polyvinylchloride (PVC) polymer is the main basic raw material that most vinyl films are made of. Other ingredients such as plasticizer to soften the PVC, color pigments, and additives to help with UV resistance and other specific film properties. The quality of these raw materials can range widely and a film with a limited durability, is often made from the least expensive raw materials.
The plasticizer and the manufacturing process used make the main difference in the quality and application of vinyl films. Calendering and casting are the two manufacturing process used to make vinyl film. Generally casting results in a higher quality vinyl film but also the quality of the plasticizers used makes a big difference. Most cast vinyl films use higher quality polymeric plasticizers and calendered vinyl use lower quality monomeric plasticizers.
Cast Vinyl Films
Better known as premium, high-performance 2 mil vinyl film with excellent conformability and durability characteristics. The term "cast" refers to the manufacturing process used to make this type of vinyl film. Cast vinyl films offers very good dimensional stability and is very thin, which is great for automotive applications. Material manufacturers recommend the use of cast films on surfaces such as fleets, cars, motorcycles, recreational vehicles or boats where the customer wants a "paint-like" finish that will last a long time, usually 5 to 8 years depending on how the film is processed and the amount of sun light it is exposed to.
Calendered Vinyl Film
Better knows as intermediate, 4 mil thick vinyl film. Because the film is stretched into shape, it has some degree of memory and therefore is less dimensionally stable than cast vinyl films. This means that when a calendered film is exposed to heat the film will have a tendency to shrink or pull back towards its original form. Calendering process is extremely fast and is ideal for bulk production runs which makes these films relatively inexpensive. Calender vinyl films are usually good for 1 to 3 years depending on the raw materials used.
